Elaine served as staff (grantwriter, appeal manager, major gifts officer, capital campaign lead, planned giving officer, copywriter, marketing manager) and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients.
Focused on small and mid-sized organizations, she's worked on capital campaigns, trained boards on fundraising, developed value propositions and positioning plans, bolstered annual giving campaigns, written grants, and started endowment efforts.
Elaine was also an adjunct professor at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota for 15 years, teaching in the undergraduate and M.B.A. programs. She holds an M.B.A. in marketing from the Carlson School and a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
She lives in Dellwood with her husband and labrador retriever.

Ann Herzog Drewiske has over 25 years of nonprofit fund development and executive director leadership. Her expertise in fund development includes major gifts, capital campaigns and corporate relations. Additional interests include governance best practices and communications. She has spent her career with a heart on making the Twin Cities a better place for ALL to live and work. Ann was most recently the Executive Director of Social Venture Partners. Her development experience includes director of national advancement for Jeremiah Program, advancement at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, as well as national development officer for Twin Cities Public Television. Ms. Herzog Drewiske currently serves as Vice Chair of the St Croix Valley Foundation.
